I was working as an environment artist at a game studio and we were using tools that were being developed in-house. The tools we rough around the edges and pretty hard to use, and after listening to my peers complaining about it, I tool their feedback and paired up with one of our tools engineers to help streamline some of the menus and make things easier to navigate. Vicki the UX designer was born!
